Ritual of better sleep.
Côt Parrilla
Where east meets west at the edge of the blade.
Challenge
Cot Parrilla emerged from the transition of a dark kitchen into a physical restaurant in Leblon. This shift required a brand strong enough to support a new phase and stand out in a competitive food scene.
At the same time, the concept is built on the meeting of Korean and Eastern barbecue techniques with Western cuts and references. A contemporary approach that combines refinement with a relaxed attitude.
The challenge was to translate this cultural fusion without relying on clichés, creating an identity that conveys sophistication and originality.
Solution
We started by analyzing the local market and international references to identify real opportunities for differentiation.
From there, we developed a visual system that interprets the meeting of East and West in an original way. Elements inspired by Eastern aesthetics, such as textures and gestures close to printmaking, were reinterpreted within a contemporary language.
This was combined with a cleaner, more structured approach, creating a contrast that reinforces the brand’s positioning.
The result is an identity that feels elegant, current, and distinctive. A brand that clearly and consistently translates the restaurant’s concept.
